Export Badge To
The Export Badge To function is used to send a record and its picture to another IDP file with a different database or table name.
First you must enter a Badge Identification Name in IDpack Designer Badge Setup. Next, load IDpack Producer and your IDP file. On the Badge List, select a record and click on the right button of your mouse and a popup menu will be displayed from which you can select Export Badge To.

Now click on the Add IDpack Project and select the IDP file to which you want to export the badge.

You can now see the Badge Identification Name for the IDP file you've selected. Now select the badge you want to Export, right-click and click on the Badge Identification Name you've added. That's it: the badge and the picture (if available) have now been sent to the other IDP file. Close this file and open the other IDP file and you will see the badge.
Tip
| 1. | This is useful for events that are repeated year after year: you don't have to re-enter the data each time. You can just export a record to the new year if an individual confirms his or her presence. |
| 2. | If you are managing a membership database, where members renew their membership, you can just select the record in the previous year and move it to the new year. You will then be ready to print the membership card with the new badge layout of this year! |
