Camera Setting
The Camera Setting tool will bring up the setup window provided by your camera. Depending on the manufacturer, you might get a number of options that you can change to enhance the quality of the picture. If you are in a low-light environment, most webcams offer a checkbox with "boost light," and the camera will enhance the light on the Live Camera. On some models you can also check an option called "Backlight Compensation" that will help improve your pictures.
You can make the changes directly in the window and IDpack will automatically update the Live Camera so you can see the change immediately and optimize the setup for the best pictures. Playing with the Brightness and Contrast can help a lot.
The window is also called: Camera controls, TWAIN setup, Camera Options, etc...
Note
The Camera Setting window is not always available; some old webcams did not include a camera control window. You will be able to click on Camera Setting, but it will open an empty window, so just close it.
