Documentation conventions
The table below describes important conventions used in this Help file.
Convention

Description
|
 File  Open Badge
|
Click on File and then Open Badge.
|
 Pull-down
|
A list of choices that drops down when a user clicks the down arrow button.
|
 List box
|
A list of choices you can select; some are multi-select. Hold the CTRL key down to select more than one.
|
 Context Menu
|
Context menu, or popup menu, is the menu displayed
when the user right-clicks on the mouse.
|
|
Pop up a window for more options.
|
 Note
|
A note contains information that is important to the preceding steps. It may describe conditions under which the procedure can or cannot be performed.
|
 Tip
|
A tip contains suggestions for performing the preceding steps. It may present alternatives to these steps, as well as other benefits and uses of the procedure.
