Duplicate Badge
Select a record in the Badge List and click Badge Duplicate Badge or right-click a record in the Badge List. When the Context Menu opens, click Duplicate Badge. The Add Badge window will open but with all the fields already filled in with the record selected. Modify the field you want (usually the Firstname and Lastname) and click OK; a new record will be created and you will be sent to the Badge Information tab.
Note
This feature is very useful when you need to enter a family and just need to change the Firstname, or when you enter staff from the same company and only the Firstname and Lastname changes. This function can save you time.
