Sort Order
To change the sort order, just click once on the desired column title in the Badge List folder. A triangle will appear showing the sort order.
 Order from A to Z
 Order from Z to A
The order will be as you set it, but you can go one step further than this if you like.
If you want to sort with the LastName but want the FirstName to be sorted as well, you need to sort the FirstName to begin with, and then sort again by LastName.
If you have:

And you click on the LastName header you will get:
FirstName

You see, the FirstName F and C are not in the right order, so you must sort by the FirstName first and then the LastName:
Click the FirstName header:

and then the LastName header:
FirstName

LastName

Now they are sorted by LastName and FirstName.
If you have 50 Smiths in the list with 50 different FirstNames, you will be able to find them faster by their FirstName since they will be sorted too.
 Tip
Don't forget to check the triangle on the column header and make sure it's pointing UPWARDS!
