System Requirements
Before installing IDpack Professional, your computer must meet the following minimum system requirements:
System requirements:

| • | Microsoft Internet Explorer |
| • | PC Pentium 600 MHz or higher recommended |
| • | 128 MB RAM; CD-ROM drive (for software installation) |
| • | 50 MB free space on hard disk |
| • | Microsoft Data Access Components (MDAC) 2.5 SP3 |
If you intend to use a video input device:
| • | Microsoft DirectX 8.1or higher |
If you intend to use an external database with IDpack:
| • | Microsoft Access 2000 or higher |
Additional recommended features:
| • | A camera such as a Webcam, CamTracer (for high resolution pictures), Camcorder or any video device that supports TWAIN |
| • | 100 KB free space on hard disk per picture (BMP) |
| • | A properly configured network |
| • | A printer: ID card printer, Inkjet, Laser, Zebra, Citizen or DYMO |
| • | A barcode reader (serial, Bluetooth, USB or keyboard) |
| • | A Magstripe reader HID from Magtek |
 Note
We do not provide any support for the installation of devices such as printers, cameras or barcode readers. To install such devices properly, please refer to the manufacturer's instructions.
