IDpack installation directory
INTRODUCTIONIDpack installation directory has changed from IDpack 7.5 to IDpack 8 When upgrading from IDpack 7.X to IDpack 8 certain files need to be copied from the previous installation folder to the new one. MORE INFORMATIONIDpack 7.5 default installation directory is: C:\Program Files\Aptika\IDpack IDpack 8 default installation directory is: C:\Program Files\IDpack SYMPTOMSWhen you try to open a badge layout with a custom badge format in IDpack Producer. You get a warning This Template ...Is using a Custom paper format, and the file C:\Program files\IDpack\cprd.idr is not available. You must have that file in the directory to open the template.
RESOLUTIONTo resolve this issue: The following files need to be copied
Copy the files from C:\Program Files\Aptika\IDpack to C:\Program Files\IDpack. If asked to overwrite the cprd.idr file click yes. APPLIES TO
