SUMMARY
IDpack does not recognize my registration code. Why?
RESOLUTION
To resolve this issue:
- When registering IDpack for the first time, the name and serial number (registration code) must be exactly the same as in the confirmation email received. The ‘dash’ in the serial number must also appear.
- You must download the version you purchased. If you bought the Element version and you download the Business version, it will not work.
